• Keep record of incoming and outgoing goods
• Facilitate supply chain management
• Make ready of goods according to the bill
• Manage to keep in right place of fast moving goods
• On urgency, deliver goods with authorized signature on the requisition form
• Keep record of cannibalized machine
• Prepare monthly sales report, stock position and submit to authorize department
• Manage the items in the store as on LIFO and FIFO systems
• Input daily transactions in Pumori system according to requisition form after checking cash or credit ills
• Reconciliation of actual and system stock in monthly basis and report
• Prepare daily report and provide to authorize department
• Plan and track shipments and maintain records
• Coordinate and track shipments to ensure they arrive on time and that shipment and delivery processes adhere to any pertinent regulations
• Manages activities throughout the order fulfillment and transportation cycle to make sure established deadlines are met
• Streamlining  shipping and transportation processes
• Verify and send PO before 5th of every month base on sales status, stock positions and previous PO’s goods list to Kyocera.
• Preparing, maintaining and installing the photocopy machines.
• Keep the record of claims of the parts.
• Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
• Other office duties assigned by the management
