Job Description

MAIN RESPONSIBITIES:-

Logistics Department Support:

  • Support in office movement to new location
  • Support in shifting WH to new location
  • Support Fleet and Stock Manager in management of Warehouse
  • Support in assessment in insurance company, water tanker service provider and ticketing service provider
  • Update logistics vendor lists
  • Support ICT officer in management of IT related works
  • Support in Asset verification
  • Support in day to day logistics operation
  • Proper filing and recording of hard copy of all logistics documents
  • Maintenance of the sufficient, adequate and relevant supporting documents

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Intermediate  degree in Management , Humanitiesor any other related field
  • Professional Certification/Qualifications in Purchasing & Supply Management will be an added advantage
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve deadlines
  • A pro-active person who can take initiatives
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Nepali
  • Ability to set and manage priorities
  • Able to do other duties required by the supervisor
