Nepallink is expanding its Customer Support team. Nepallink is rolling out 2 positions, Tech Support - Level 1 (Suitable for fresher with no prior working experience but excellent in customer support skills and good hands on in Linux command line) and Level 2 ( See details below)

Technical Support - Level 1

• Customer service skills and a dedication to the customer service 
• Self-motivated. Willing to go next level. 
• Basic Linux Knowledge
• RHCE training (optional) 
• Timing Flexibility 
• Female Candidate encouraged

Linux Technical Support - Level  2 

• Knowledge in Linux Security 
• Virtualization experience in KVM
• Knowledge of Filesystem/LVM/Clustering/NAS /NFS/Firewall. 
• Knowledge of bash/python shell scripting. 
• Knowledge of mail/web/proxy/bind servers. 
• Experience in troubleshooting complex issues. 
• Timing Flexibility
