Alfa Beta has gloriously completed 33 years in the field of International Education Consulting and is proudly representing more than 500 institutions from over 18 countries. Since its establishment, the organization has been dedicated to helping students make the right choice of their education and future careers globally. 

As a member of the AIRC and Prometric authorized Service Provider, we follow a very strict guideline of operations and have developed our working procedures accordingly. In these years we have grown to ten centers across the country and an onshore center in Sydney Australia. We are today the largest study abroad and test preparation center in Nepal touching and changing the lives of over ten thousand students annually.

We have been an AIRC certified company for more than a decade. Alfa Beta is the largest English testing center for Pearson, TOEFL and IDP IELTS (through our sister concern Deeya Management & Consulting Services) in Nepal and tests over 1,00,000 students annually. Alfa Beta was awarded by IDP IELTS as “Nepal’s No.1 Business Partner” for seven consecutive years from 2017 to 2023.

Job Description

  • Report results of the program evaluation that demonstrates outcomes
  • Enquiry Management 
  • Demonstrates the leadership skill and motivate the team members when required
  • Develop innovative strategies and logistics in academic administration functions
  • Develop academic programs and activities for students
  • Respond to and resolve student academic issues, programs and concerns
  • Coordinate with teachers in developing academic curriculum for students
  • Develop and implement key academic performance metrics
  • Ensure a stimulating classroom learning experiences to students
  • Check books and other materials in and out of the library
  • Selecting, cataloguing and classifying library resources
  • Ensuring that library services meet the needs of particular groups of users
  • Making improvements to accessibility of library resources
  • Using library systems and specialist computer applications
  • Liaising with departmental academic staff, external organizations and suppliers
  • Promoting the library's resources to users
  • Maintaining a quiet environment
  • Assist patrons with finding reference materials and leisure reading materials when asked
  • Manage the acquisitions of new materials
  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the library 
  • Keep abreast of advanced developments in academic issues, methodologies and technologies
  • Maintain the highest standards in academic administration activities and functions
