Education Level : Under Graduate (Bachelor)
Experience Required : More than 2 years

  • Candidates should have completed Bachelor of Arts Bachelor of Laws (BALLB)
  • Great research skills including the ability to research on the Australian laws
  • Administrative work including generating reports and using excel features
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal (English & Nepali)
  • Ability to think critically and meticulous attention to detail
  • Able to work independently with little or no supervision and work under pressure
  • Possess knowledge of corporate, tax, labour, regional/state Nepali law
  • Driven / Strong desire to learn & willing to be cross-trained
  • Amazing customer services skills, emotionally strong, can handle difficult calls and complaints

Job Description

  • Manage legal disputes with ex-brokers, manage fraudulent invoices
  • Handle client's complaints to Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA)
  • Investigate interference from ex-brokers and collect evidence
  • Manage our claw back liabilities
  • Liaise with Accounts Team to get the list of claw backs each month
  • Liaise with accounts Team to organise payments from customers
  • Lodge defaults on customers credit files where they refuse to pay
  • Handle customer complaints
  • Monitor discharges
  • Advising on contracts status, legal risks and the legal liabilities associated with different deals
  • Researching and anticipating unique/new legal issues (both Australian and Nepali law) that could impact the company
  • Liaise with Customer Care Team for post-settlement tasks .i.e. solving client’s after settlement queries
  • Negotiating, writing and executing arrangement and contracts with various stakeholders
