Job Description

Responsibilities / Duties

  • Assistance in maintaining data from Training Records, Training budget, and Training needs Analysis.
  • Assist L&D specialist is running the cyclical L&D Activities like Development Plans, Talent Assessment, Learning Fiesta etc. 
  • Assist L&D Specialists and Trainers to implement training plans based on the Learning Calendar and/or other ad hoc training.
  • Assist with managing L&D events and team  building activities.
  • HLE Good Reads Library Management.
  • Assistance on liaising with external training vendors for training requirements, payments, feedback etc.
  • Assist L&D Specialist on L&D Projects.
  • Supporting HLE Staff with L&D related questions or by redirecting them to the correct L&D Specialist or Trainer. 
  • Assist L&D specialist and Trainers in maintaining and upgrading HLE’s Learning Management System.
  • Undertake other L&D related ad hoc duties.
  • Keeping track of Compliance Refresher Training and follow ups.
  • Being a focal point for the Broker Accreditation process, while also working on the accreditation related tasks.
