Job Description

The Executive Search Unit at Merojob, on behalf of a fast-growing email marketing agency, is seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to help scale the business by identifying and engaging high-potential clients. The agency specializes in boosting revenue for Shopify and eCommerce brands through strategic Klaviyo email flows and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and connect with potential eCommerce businesses in the USA and Europe through cold email, LinkedIn outreach and smart prospecting tactics.
  • Book qualified discovery calls and hand off warm leads to the strategy team.
  • Build, manage and track a strong lead pipeline using CRM and outreach tools.
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align messaging for maximum impact.
  • Experiment and refine outreach strategies to keep conversion rates climbing.

Other Requirements:

  • 1+ year of proven experience in cold outreach, lead generation or appointment setting (preferably for digital marketing or service-based businesses).
  • Good knowledge of eCommerce and dropshipping markets (USA & Europe focus).
  • Experience handling international clients with fluent spoken English.
  • Hands-on with outreach & CRM tools such as Apollo, Lemlist, Instantly, Hunter and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Excellent written English with a persuasive, natural communication style.
