Qualfication : B.Tech (preferably in Food Science)

Experience : Minimum 5 years (Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of spices)

Salary : Negotiable for deserving candidate

Job Location : Biratnagar,Koshi Provience

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine and ad-hoc quality control tests on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments. Ensure they are calibrated and in proper working condition.
• Record and analyze test results accurately. Prepare detailed reports on findings and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with the production and R&D teams to optimize product formulations, improve processes, and resolve quality issues.
• Ensure adherence to industry-specific standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies in all lab procedures.
• Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness in the laboratory to prevent contamination and ensure a safe working environment.
• Identify issues and deviations in product quality, troubleshoot them, and propose corrective actions in consultation with the senior management team.

Key Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of lab testing procedures, quality control methodologies, and laboratory equipment.
• Experience working in the spices industry will be a significant advantage.
• Strong ability to interpret data, recognize trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare detailed reports and communicate findings effectively.
