  • Knowledge on ICT and its functionalities and hands for a good write ups
  • Bearing the challenges and complexities they may come during the project period

Job Description

The Dakchyata – TVET Practical Partnership project is funded by the European Union, and managed by the British Council in Nepal. Lead Organization have signed an agreement with British Council for piloting Sustainable Rural Employment Project (SREP) in two provinces of Nepal. Lead Organization jointly with partner organization is implementing the SREP project for the period of 15 months starting from 15th September, 2020. 

The organization is looking for  dedicated, energetic, hardworking Knowledge Management and Documentation Officer (KMDO) for the project for 13 months fixed term contract

Roles and responsibilities of KMDO:

  • Maintaining, managing, and updating documents that may require for the project at any time
  • Documentation of meeting minutes, process, pictures, case studies preparation, presentation materials preparation, visible material designing and production stationed at the central level
  • Monitoring roles and all the documents are safeguarded and well placed to make it easily available in need
  • Design the application form to be distributed for selecting potential trainees, flyers
  • Communicate with EU/British Council regarding the production of visibility materials, public announcements
  • Facilitate/organize/manage the virtual meetings as planned in the project documents
  • Play a key role in knowledge integration and dissemination
  • Maintain overall database that are generated in the project and keep working for the cases and the reports as they may required
  • Establish a good relationship with the various departments both in the project as well as in the donor level
  • Make sure the databases, information and knowledge that are collected are qualified and assured
