We are a gourmet F&B company and are looking to open a kitchen which primarily focuses on Health related foods and super foods like juices , salads , deli , sandwiches ,bowls etc.
We are looking for a experienced , well versed , highly skilled Chef who has expertise and basic foundational knowledge in salads , dressings , beverages , spices , vegetables , super-foods and other ingredients.
The ideal applicant will have at least 3 years of relevant professional culinary management experience in a food-related business, such as another food retailer, grocery store, caterer or restaurant, be familiar with this market, and demonstrate excellent product knowledge. (Foreign work experience in a cafe or bar is highly preferred)
