We are looking for a mature, energetic, and smart candidate to manage and operate our Kiosk at Labim Mall. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day order operations at the Kiosk including sales, billing, and inventory management. 
• Achieve growth and sales targets by being an effective salesperson. 
• Ensure accurate and updated inventory management at the Kiosk with periodic stock checks. 
• Develop strong and long-lasting relationships with customers through excellent customer service. 
• Manage customer queries, requests, and complaints with excellence and professionalism. 
• Develop deep knowledge and understanding of the fundamentals of skincare and our products in order to make accurate recommendations to customers. 
• Prepare a monthly sales report by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information. 
• Duty hours: 10 am to 7 pm with the weekly holiday on Wednesday. 

Requirements:

• Communication Skills – strong written and oral communication skills with a good command of the English language. 
  
• Customer Service – detail-oriented multitaskers with strong communication and computer skills.
• Positive Attitude – Willing to take a proactive and positive attitude with an ability to work well in a team and motivate others. 
• Smart and pleasing personality with a desire to learn, grow and achieve. 
• +2 Education or higher. 
• Females and candidates living close to the Labim Mall/Patan area are encouraged to apply. 

Salary: 15,000 + Incentive (based on sales)
