Job Summary: 

Primary Role as Filler Operator: To attend, Operate & maintain the KHS CAN Filler & Seamer Unit to run it at full rated capacity of production and produce high quality of beverage as per standards.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Communication & proper handover from previous shift operator & complete coordination with Syrup Room Operator
• If it is a starting shift then check the carry out equipment’s CIP with help of Process Operator
• Clean the machine with fresh water spray carefully and do not throw water on electronic parts
• Check for any abnormal sound or any air leakages & beverage/water line vibration or leakages.
• Check the SEAM LID sufficient stock at filler room and check the back end conveyor is loaded.
• Check Rinse water Pressure and it is in operational condition.
• Check Nitrogen dozer nozzle and Nitrogen stock levels and report.
• Check right operating Air pressure at filler and filler skid and Seamer. If not adjust.
• Follow daily, weekly routine maintenance procedures with help of Supervisor/In charge.
• Work in Process Area Operator and other KHS Line operator synchronization is must
• Carry out all maintenance activities time to time as per SOP under the guidelines of Supervisor.

Qualifications : Electrician background with Premier Vocational Technical Institute
