Job Description

  • Manage 9 key accounts/clients
  • Ensure that a 360-degree approach is taken while managing our key clients
  • Increase the number of transactions by 20% compound each month
  • Work in close co-ordination with Merchant Marketing Team for BTL activities
  • Work in close co-ordination with Merchant Support Team for support and problem solving

Create a weekly plan for the following:

  • Key Accounts/clients - Visit plan
  • Key Accounts/clients - BTL activities plan

Maintain weekly data and present weekly reports for the following

  • Transaction
  • BTL activities

Main Responsibility

  • Take control of 9 of our key accounts/clients
  • Maintain close relationship with the key accounts/clients
  • Work with the objective of providing BTL activities to clients and increasing transactions
  • Bridge the gaps encountered
