Job Description

  • Being responsible for managing company’s key accounts by taking lead in support and customer retention of the hotels
  • Help drive better experience by collaborating with operations team and property owners to improve their website displays, booking process
  • Sharing weekly & monthly reservation reports and working with marketing/development team to create promotions/events with Optimized Performance
  • Training and supporting clients during and after they sign up their hotels on multiple booking platforms and CRM
  • Maintaining rate parity, running promotions, flash sales and email campaigns (as per the customer demands
  • Support cross functional teams in delivering the strategy by facilitating communication of lessons learned, resolving urgent issues, lining up appropriate group level support and deploying processes & tools
  • Maintain visibility and communication across & report on progress to management team
  • Additional tasks/projects as they arise
