• Performing extension of agriculture/animal related activities
  
• Facilitate to establish farmers groups, follow up regular farmers meeting and identify the agenda for discussion
  
• Support agriculture/veterinary officer for high yield production
  
• Facilitate farmers training activities
  
• Carry out crop, seed, fruit and vegetables production and animal husbandry activities
  
• Perform activities related to post- harvest, marketing of agriculture/animal products
  
• Collaborate and coordinate with other working agencies in field level
  
• Facilitate to form farmers cooperative and marketing of agriculture/animal's products with value addition methods
