Job Specification

• Minimum Bachelor degree 
• Experience of more than 1 year in insurance and banks are highly preferred
  
• Freshers who have very good public relationship in leading business houses can apply
• Should have good communication and convincing skill
• Should have pleasant personality 
• Should be able to work in flexible condition 
• A person who posses a good public relationship and convince for the business expansion are preferred
  
• Local resident are preferred
• Two wheeler license with bike/scooter is a must

Job Description

• You shall search new customers starting from your own personal relationship and reach the business houses smoothly
• You shall maintain and submit weekly visit report, figures, forecast & any other records which may be required as and when asked by your supervisor/management of the company. (Separate format shall be given to you)
• You shall maintain proper records of business solicited and minutely follow-up for renewal of policies.Your prime responsibility is also to retain existing business
• You shall carry marketing research as and when required by the company
• You shall understand the needs of your end customer & provide appropriate product offerings
• You shall make the clients aware of materials facts of the insurance such as coverage, exclusions, excess and claim settlement procedure
• You shall approve quotation from your branch authorized underwriter/ Branch In charge and then only share the quotation to your client

Age: Not exceeding 35 years
