  • Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably management)
  • Freshers can apply but should also have knowledge about digital payments, e-banking, m-banking, and other banking services
  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Ability to work under time constraints.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to build rapport with the customer
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Must have a two-wheeler with a valid license
  • Can work on MS office applications

Main Requirement:

  • Work Shift: 12 pm to 8 pm
    • Flexibility in working on Saturdays (take alternate turns)

    Job Description

    • Act as an L2 (Level 2) support and solve any issues related to loading funds of Khalti
    • Coordinate with various banks to report and solve load fund issues via phone calls, mails etc
    • Process payments as well as documents like invoices
    • Reconcile invoices received with billings
    • Issue invoices to customers based on services rendered and/or goods sold
    • Make and track payments
    • Review employee expenses and make reimbursements
    • Make bank deposits and keep up records
    • Track expenses as they relate to specific projects and jobs
    • Validate invoices against items or services received
    • Check all financial transactions for accuracy
    • To create minutes while filling form for new bank opening
    • Coordinate with L1 support (Customer Support) and solve the issues that they post in minimum time frame
