Desired Skill and Qualification:

• BBS or BBA
  
• Prior experience will be an advantage
• Proficient in office package on a computer
  
• A license of two-wheeler is a must
  
• Skill in customer relationship management
  
• Well in speaking and writing English
  
• Applicants should have qualities of hardworking, result oriented, self-motivated and keen devotion to work

Major Responsibilities:

• Managing lending and recoveries
  
• Management of external borrowing and relationship with the constituents
  
• Member relationship management
  
• Enhance internal communication efficiency
  
• Management database and information
