Education Level : Under Graduate (Bachelor)
Experience Required : More than or equal to 1 year

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field from a reputed university with around 1 year of experience in relevant field. Master's Degree is preferable
  • Should have good communication skills in order to present the ideas effectively - both verbally and visually
  • Exceptional analytical and decision making skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Should be a good team player with proactive nature
  • Professional approach to time and deadlines

Job Description

  • Be the owner of customer experience throughout the customer’s journey on Daraz App and Website
  • Track customer browsing and buying behavior through different tools on Daraz App and Website, and take necessary actions
  • Plan and strategize to obtain maximum conversion from various campaigns on homepage. Maintain the objective to redirect customers from homepage to product page
  • Align across and within the teams to coordinate on various tasks
  • Study various relevant reports, identify any issues, take necessary actions for improvement of business as a whole
