Other Specification
  • University graduate in Accounting/Finance with 2 and more years of experience in the relevant role.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting software, VAT, Tax, Excise & Customs.
  • Sound knowledge of Swastik Accounting Software
  • A self-motivated individual with the ability to work in a Team
  • Able to handle confidential information in a sensitive and tactful manner.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both verbal & written.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) 
  • Preference is given to those having Two-wheeler and a valid license.

Job Description

  • Preparing Vouchers (Cash, Journal etc.).
  • Voucher entries in respective Company/Firm.
  • Reconciliation of accounts, VAT ledger and preparing VAT summary for on-line submission
  • Calculation of TDS and preparing bank voucher.
  • Co-ordinate with customers for receiving required TDS Receivables documents.
  • Preparing documents for Audit & co-ordinate, Tax Clearance Letter, Full Tax Assessment, VAT Register
  • Verification at beginning of Fiscal Year.
