Minimum Bachelor's Degree, preferably in B.Tech (Electronics)/ B. Sc. Physics/ M.Sc. Physics/ MBA
5+ years of experience in servicing of capital equipment, i.e. Cathlab or Radiology equipments

Attend the installations of assigned equipments (Cathlab & DSA)
Attend breakdown calls of assigned equipments & make it functional ASAP
Carry out schedule preventive maintenance service of assigned equipments
Call reporting officer everyday & during outstation tour before leaving station call your reporting officer for new tour plan
Meet up the service revenue targets assigned by management
Timely submission of service reports, expense statements, feedback forms & other documents required, if any
Work according to service departments policies
Update the machines in your allocated area as per ECN circular
Maintain minimum branch stock of spares at branch level & check it periodically
Provide feedback to reporting officer regarding competitors' activities & products
