• Responsible for Daily smooth operation of the office which includes – overseeing new business & premium collection, all UW/CSC/Claims/ related functions, Up-keeping of office, transacting branch operational expenses etc. and other necessary job required for standard operation of the branch/agencies
• Carry out Branch Incharge’s role & responsibilities in his/her absence as assigned by Management
• Full Operational compliance with company policies, procedure, guideline and rules, regulations in all activities of branch/agency offices
• Day to day operations functional responsibility in Underwriting, Customer service, Claims and Administrative management
• Communicate functional issues to the Functional Heads in Claims, CSC, Underwriting and GSs
