Shivam Cements which was established in 2003 is a largest manufacturing Greenfield project in Nepal with an aim to produce 3000 TPD from the company’s self owned limestone. 

At present, where there are many other large companies to compete with, one may ask why Shivam and why not others? It is because Shivam cement, a public limited company with a minimum of 10 billion enterprises, is Nepal’s biggest and most modern cement manufacturing plant.  It is situated at the industrial hub Hetauda, where rapid infrastructural development has been witnessed over the years. Shivam cement has invested hugely on capitals, human resources, production processes, infrastructures, etc. 

Shivam Cements Limited is one of the fastest growing Cement manufacturing companies of Nepal. We are looking for dynamic, resourceful, self –driven, focused and qualified young Nepali citizens for the following position.

Job Description

  • Calculation of leaves and look after attendance of each staff of the organization
  • Look for administrative tasks
  • Look after vacancy announcement, screening applications, recruitment procedure, correct placement etc.
  • Coordinating with staffs and management
  • Plan for the training and development of the staffs
  • Look at the revision of HR policies
