Keeping records of all signup emails, usernames and passwords associated with different projects.
Maintaining the records of all laptops, printers, keyboards and other technical devices and making sure of the optimum working conditions of the devices and equipment
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
Maintaining records of software licenses
Updating the details on the website of the company
Configure and maintain the wireless device and networks
