  • Professional IT Engineer with minimum 3 years working experience in the following work environment.
  • Network and security, including installation, configuration and maintenance.
  • Expert in router, switch and security products with different brand.
  • Enterprise Networking installation, configuration and maintenance.
  • Any Technical Professional Certification will be plus but not mandatory.

Job Description

  • Day to day work on Enterprise network security hardware installation/configuration and support. Will have to do onsite support at customer premises.
  • Should able to communicate with supervisor, OEM Support Team and their Manager over the phone or email to deal with support related issues. Should be able to communicate in English and Nepali with vendor and customer. Know how to escalate the issues.
  • Daily job reporting to supervisor or team head and prepare proper documentation of the work.
  • May require taking training to enhance your knowledge inside or outside Nepal.
