For our IT team, we are looking for ready-to-adapt-and-lead Senior IT Personnel to play a designated role in building the next generation Software solutions.

Job Requirements:

• We expect you to be flexible, a fast learner, ambitious and highly motivated individual preferring to work on designated things for longer periods of time.
  
• Conceptual knowledge of Php and JAVA. Knowledge of additional programming languages a plus
  
• As a Senior IT Personnel, you will be responsible for supervising the operation of our IT Department including the software systems, web systems, mobile systems and related infrastructure and ensuring all of them are functional and secure.
  
• You are only expected to manage a team of IT staffs and coordinate the development and improvement of existing systems and the new software systems
  
• Supervise day-to-day operations of Data Center, Server and IT Operations
  
• Ready to undergo training sessions
  
• Strong analytical skills
  
• Monitoring System Availability and corresponding support processes.
  
• Managing Teams and possessing Leadership/Supervision Skills
  
• Fluent in Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  
• Maintaining confidentiality and observe data protection and associated guidelines wherever appropriate
  
• Work with between internal teams, outsourcing and hosting partners, and other stakeholders to ensure incidents and cases are resolved in a timely manner
  
• Ensuring awareness of schedule and status on the progress and the documentation of every process and procedures
  
• Participating actively with higher officers for IT Planning, optimize performance,  improving productivity and supporting organic growth of the organization
