Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in system admin/support, preferably in an ISP organization
Able to set-up mini ISP
CCNA is mandatory, CCNP and other certification will be preferred
Should have sound knowledge of Router and Switch (at least Mikrotik, Huawei, Juniper)
Should have technical skills, organizational skills, interpersonal skills, patience, a logical mind, capable of working well under pressure, enthusiasm to be continually learning
Research and propose new products

Installing and configuring Router and Switch (at least Cisco, Mikrotik, Huawei, Juniper) and any OLT (Optical Line Terminal), EPON (Ethernet Passive Optical Network) for the clients in the form of after sales service
Maintenance of network infrastructure and architecture and data security
Monitoring and maintaining the quality of service and support provided
Coordinating to the staff or clients through a series of actions whether face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues
Troubleshooting product related problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
Prioritizing and managing many open cases at one time
Supporting the roll-out of new internet related products and applications
Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with customers and other professionals
Testing and evaluating new technology
Training and technical/functional support to the staffs and customers about new products and applications
Ensure backup for all sensitive, relevant data in-house and externally for purposes of confidentiality, institutional memory and data security
