Job Description

Project Related:

  • Day to Day system health check and send report to Support Team.
  • Day to Day interaction with customer and understand if there are any issues.
  • Work with Principle Company off site team for the resolution of the issues.
  • For any system/CC issue, work with Principle Company off site team for the resolution.
  • Work as PRINCIPLE COMPANY onsite resource with responsibility.
  • Work with client technical team for any issues and help them for resolution.
  • Day to day system maintenance.
  • Daily, monthly & quarterly report generation and share with PRINCIPLE COMPANY off site team.
  • On concurrence with PRINCIPLE COMPANY off site team share the reports with customer.
  • Work with PRINCIPLE COMPANY to diagnose the hardware and software faults that are reported by client and rectify the hardware & software faults detected.
  • Work with PRINCIPLE COMPANY to repair and replace the faulty server, PCB, modules, terminals, and any other equipment including third party equipment.
  • Support PRINCIPLE COMPANY support team to carry out the periodic preventive maintenance on every quarter of year.
  • Work with PRINCIPLE COMPANY to upkeep the software periodically
  • Work with PRINCIPLE COMPANY to upgrade the software to latest version for solving the operational problems
  • Create customized reports as per client business requirement.
  • Provide full & time bound assistance and associated systems and resolve any problems that may arise from time to time.
Regular Internal Tasks:

  • Manage networking of all PCs, laptops and backup system including all IT related works of the company and ensure functional conditional of all PC in coordination with the Admin Department.
  • Co-ordinate with management and team members and handle the company e-mail, website hosting & Social Media.
  • Update the website, presentation and other IT related issues quarterly in close coordination with team members.
  • Maintain all the IT related equipment of the company including internet devices like; routers/Wi-Fi etc. Also, in order to maintain high security, take charge to change the various passwords time and again.
  • Check the internet bandwidth and fix the issues if any arise and communicate with Internet service provider if necessary.
  • Submit weekly, monthly, and annual progress report and prepare weekly, monthly and annual plans and strategies coordinating with the team, customers and associate partner.
  • Provide IT related basic training to the team members (if needed) for their betterment and support the team members in the technical part during the tender preparation.
  • Work as a focal person of business development in the organizations like Nepal Telecom, Ncell, MoCIT, NTA.
