Job Description

  • Responsible for managing entire Optical Fiber Cable Network throughout its eco-system which is required for successful operation of the company
  • Logging and processing support call management of server/domain network & router configuration installing. 
  • Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades
  • Solving password problems
  • Talking to clients and computer users to determine the nature of any problems they encounter
