Education Level	:	Under Graduate (Bachelor)
Experience Required	:	More than or equal to 2 years

Coordinate with management software developer team
Propose ideas for updating the website and make sure the website is running smoothly
Ensure smooth operation of the internal e-mail of the overall office and solve any technical issues that arise
Make sure that the internal computer network of the office is functioning smoothly
Handle any issues that arise within the office computers and replace parts as required
Ensure that proper connection of internet is maintained in overall office and handle any issues regarding the internet connection
Solve basic issues that might come up with printing/photocopy machines and suggest ideas for proper functioning of the device
Ensure that the CCTV cameras are functioning properly and retreat information on a regular basis
Ensure the proper functioning of computers
Assist and provide information regarding purchase of technical items
Investigate and suggest solutions to highly complex information technology issues
Provide technical support to the staffs as per the requirement
