  • High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to ethical practices and confidentiality.

Job Description

IT Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and implement the IT strategy in alignment with the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on the business.
  • Plan and manage IT budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with business needs.

Infrastructure Management:

  • Oversee the installation, maintenance, and management of all IT hardware and software systems.
  • Ensure reliable and secure network infrastructure across all company locations.
  • Manage data centers, cloud services, and IT support to ensure uptime and performance.

Software and Systems Development:

  • Lead the development and implementation of customized software solutions to meet the unique needs of construction and real estate operations.
  • Oversee the integration of construction management software, CRM systems, ERP systems, and other business applications.
  • Ensure that all software systems are optimized for efficiency and scalability.

Cybersecurity:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity policies to protect company data and IT assets.
  • Conduct regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and risk management.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations and standards.

Project Management:

  • Lead IT projects from initiation through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
