    Job Description

    1. Daily Operations:

    • Installing and configuring computer operating systems, computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners and applications
    • Maintenance of network infrastructure and architecture and data security
    • Controlling over and maintenance of user accounts
    • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
    • Coordinating to the staff or clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues
    • Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
    • Prioritizing and managing many open cases at one time

    2. Documentation and SOP:

    • Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
    • Prepare daily operation SOP’s and to work on the basis of it
    • Prepare Weekly reports to figure out open issue based on agreed SLA’s and submit the same to the IT Manager
    • Following diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system

    3. Projects:

    • Supporting the roll-out of new applications and networks
    • Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues
    • Responding within agreed time limits to call-outs
    • Working continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate);
    • Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, e.g., software developers
    • Testing and evaluating new technology
    • Training and technical/functional support to the users about new applications/utilities
