• Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems and networks, 
  
• Respond timely to all kind of technical service issue
  
• Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
  
• troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Minimum Bachelor’s/ Diploma degree in computer or IT
  
• At least 1-2 years of experience in relevant field
  
• Problem solving skills and should have ability to achieve immediate result
  
• Excellent listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact confidently to establish what the problem is and explain the solution
