Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and highly talented individual to join our team as an IT Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintaining the information technology systems and equipment used in our educational institution. As an IT Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our school's technology infrastructure is running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for students and faculty
Perform routine maintenance and updates on school computers and equipment
Ensure network security and maintain data backups
Manage inventory and budget for IT equipment and supplies
Train staff on the use of technology and software systems
Keep up-to-date with advancements in education technology and make recommendations for new systems and tools
Develop and implement digital learning materials and resources for students and teachers
