All the work would be for the UK and international clients. You will have to work closely with our team in London and clients based in the UK and various countries around the globe. So, you will get exceptional international exposure.

Job Description

Required Skills:

  • Knowledge of the inner workings of computer networks (LAN, WLAN)
  • Knowledge of a variety of hardware as well as software, programming languages, and operation systems.
  • Excellent team player and proficient in Computing
  • Excellent communication skills and English language ability

Responsibilities:

  • Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications.
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
  • Talking to staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues.
  • Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
  • Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
  • Support the roll-out of new applications.
  • Testing and evaluating new technology.

Functions:

  • Day to day support to existing workflows and IT solutions.  
  • Install and configure computer network equipment.
  • Maintain network connectivity of all computer workstations.
  • Provide network support to users.
  • Maintain servers and associated hardware, applications, services, and settings.
