Job Description

 IT Technical support officers monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks of an organization. You could be installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing hardware and software faults and solves technical and applications problems, either over the phone or in person.

Requirement Skills:

Some essential skills and traits for an IT and Network Support Officer include identifying the right tools to monitor, alert, escalate, manage tickets and orchestrate custom business workflows; staying calm under pressure; having good documenting habits; listening well; having troubleshooting ability; triaging and prioritizing; quick thinking and action. In-depth knowledge of network infrastructure, architecture, connectivity, and security is also important

  • Graduate from any IT Program
