  • Environmental, Research & Consents
  • Design, Engineering and Project Management
  • Asset Management including Operations, Maintenance and Monitoring
Renewable Energy (Hydropower and Solar) will dominate future energy systems and Storage / Private HV networks will be key features. Hydroplan  already has the breadth and scope to tackle the challenges of all these sectors.

Qualifications and Skills 

  • A true expert with enough experience to implement and fix problems 
  • A formal relevant qualification (Bachelor’s Degree, Masters) 
  • IELTS C1 / C2 English language written & spoken 
  • Experience as a Global admin. In depth knowledge of M365 Admin, SharePoint Admin, Intune & Azure Admin 
  • Sympathetically manage Users of all levels of competence as well as staff and sub-contractors 
  • Logical and methodical approach to IT systems
  • Experience in the creation and management of PowerApp & PowerAutomate workflows. 
  • Experience of working with multiple users with managed devices at various international locations in different time zones 
  • Able to work within a dynamic environment with good attention to detail 
  • Able to work to tight deadlines and self-manage priorities against multiple tasks 


Job Description

  • We have an exciting opportunity to start our inhouse IT team, which we envisage growing with our business to enable future data analysis projects.
  • You will administer systems, applications and group policy to assist with the running of the organization. 
  • You will create technical and training documents including basic and advanced IT procedures for users, focusing on quality and best practice. 
  • You will liaise with directors and department heads on IT hardware and software needs, and push group policy, programmes, and configurations to users.
  • You will maintain and organize all security and access permissions of a diverse team of engineers, technicians (and visitors) working projects within SharePoint sites. 
  • You will be a key voice in our multi-disciplinary team to suggest IT system improvements which will benefit our clients 

Shift Work 

  • The post will be required to undertake shift work (early or late) 
  • Weekend work will be also required from time to time 
  • On standby for IT fault tickets – dealing with all Level 1 and 2 tickets, and able to escalate Level 3 externally based on experience.
