Job Description

We are looking for Customer Service Representative to provide excellent customer service to promote organization goal. The goal is to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention and to meet their expectation. Customer feedback is priceless, and these CSRs can gather that for you. Problem-solving also comes naturally to customer care. They are confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they don’t have enough information to resolve customer complaints.

The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Qualification and Experience

  • Intermediate in Management or Preferred bachelor’s degree
  • At least one year or more experience in similar roles.

General Responsibility or Job Description

  • Serves customers by providing answers regarding products and services, suggesting information about other products and services.
  • Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
  • Ensure excellent service standard, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Need to handle inbound and outbound calls effectively to generate sales leads that develop into new customers.
  • Need to handle customer complaints, provide alternative solutions within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Resolve customer complaint via phone, email, mail or other social media platform.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts with proper documentation.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
  • Skillful in interpersonal, time management, communication, problem solving skills
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and polices.
  • Able to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Any other job as assigned by the supervisor

Job Specification:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Package.
  • Skillful in interpersonal, time management, communication, problem solving skills
  • Ability document procedures that are easily understood by others.
  • Fluency in English (both oral and written) and Nepali (oral) essential
  • Able to work under pressure and deadline as well as in a team.
