A complete portfolio of prior work experienceAble to visit site when requested or needed
Must have the capable knowledge in layout, material selection, custom furniture, and all installation

Responsible for projects like decorating interior spaces, renovations or space planning and new constructions
Creating landscaping designs and highly detailed drawing by computer-aided design (CAD) and hand
Working around constraining factors such as town planning legislation, environmental impact and project budget
Presenting and writing proposals, reports, applications and contracts
Making sure the project is running according to schedule and with provided budget
