Education:

• Bcom or BE/Btech in Mechanical/Chemical/Civil engineering
• Candidates completing MBA (Sales/Marketing) is preferred, but not mandatory
  

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years experience in Industrial paints will be given preference. At least 5 years of work experience especially in technical sales / Industrial Sales with renowned paint company/ construction chemical company/ cement company/ engineering products company/any hydropower construction company as a consultant
• Exposure to industrial projects / Institutional sales / B2B sales and business development

Knowledge & Skills:

• The candidate must have hands on experience in project and technical / Industrial sales
• Knowledge of Nepal’s Hydro Power Plant Industry and other industries where Industrial paints are used will be added advantage
• Good understanding of the market segments in paints & coatings and knowledge of market dynamics in each segment especially in Hydro power Plant Segment and Heavy Structural Steel Bridges
• Knowledge of key EPC contractors & consultants in Nepal.Knowledge of key decision makers and relationship  in construction/fabrication firms in Nepal will be an advantage (especially in the Hydro Power Segment and Govt’s Road & Surface Transport Dept)
• Ability to articulate well and present company portfolio to influencers and decision makers to win projects is very necessary
• Ability to identify the right projects and then convert prospect customer to buying platform
• Excellent networking ability is a prerequisite
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Basic computer office application, especially data analysis in Excel
