• Incubate every new seller who signs up on the Daraz platform 
  
• Educate the sellers about the system, processes and best practices
  
• Understand the interest, capability and the capacity of the seller 
  
• Obtain the best prices, better assortment from the sellers and help them increase their sales based on promotions on the platform 
  
• Once seller has reached the end of his incubation period, make a decision based on qualitative and quantitative data to appropriately categorize sellers into Key or Non Key Accounts 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 

• Bachelors / Masters in Management or engineering from a well-reputed university / institute or equivalent professional qualification 
  
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience is required 
  
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (especially Excel)  
  
• Strong communication skills, confident disposition and a team player 
  
• Self-starter approach to work, with an eagerness to consistently exceed objectives 
  
• Highly motivated and ability to demonstrate strong academic and professional experience 
  
• Ability to thrive in a highly energetic and dynamic environment
