  • Bachelor in Business Administration and Marketing related majors preferable

Experience 

  • 2+ years experience in Smartphone or other consumer product market sales experiences
  • Have retail shop management experience in advance
  • Deeply understand retail team performance management
  • Have strong leadership, can work hard, strong sense of work responsibility and strong desire for success
  • Good at data analysis, be efficient in English, both writing and speaking
  • High proficiency in MS-Excel


Job Description

  • Manpower ROI control, formulate salary policy, incentive bonus policy management
  • Daily Reporting of Promoters over Nepal
  • Promoter team build, manpower recruiter, formulate work process, sales team daily job management
  • Build training academic and training policy through staff training to increase sales, training course management 
  • Organize Quarterly/Monthly nationwide sales team training conference or workshop
  • Motivate team to be a combat effectiveness team, improve teamwork atmosphere with passion and smile
