AA Nepal is planning to develop various web-based in-house systems such as human resource information system, online database and Quarterly Performance Plan/Report system and procurement and inventory management system. The goal of developing these systems in-house is to maximize the customization of the internal process for every minor tech need of the Organisation. Hence, AA Nepal requests for “Call for Proposal” from established IT consulting firms for providing office-based System Development Consultancy services and human resource who will work closely with AA Nepal team to develop in-house systems. 

Objectives:

The objective of bringing in an in-house System Development Consultant is to help AA Nepal in systematising as well as automating major internal processes and functions in a cloud-based system in order to simplify the works, more specifically: 

• Analyse and understand detailed business requirements
• Provide mapping requirements and software solutions
• Provide recommendations for software developments and implementations
• Planning a project timeline and the resources needed
• Design, code, debug, test, and record software as per organization’s systems standards, policies, procedures, and security requirements
• Make a user friendly and highly secured system and dashboard with easy and attractive graphical representation of information for ease in managerial report making
• Train concerned staffs on operating and implementation of the software and handover this software to AA Nepal
• Develop a user operational manual hard/Soft copy of the software
• Provide a warranty on the software for a period of one year from the date of successful deployment of software
• Document business requirements, gatherings and issues and updated business process flows
• Document results of software research tools and applications
• Execute program modifications and changes
• Interface with clients, software professionals and consultants to develop solutions applications
• Review and evaluate technical design and technical quality issues and processesCoordinate and collaborate workflow processes and issues in designing, programming, and testing
• Develop highly functional qualitative modifications and system changes
• Ensure the data security and timely backup of the software

Scope of Work:

The Consultant will review AA Nepal’s various policies and procedures; understands the work process and requirements of the Organisation; refer to the present internal system and processes for understanding its practicality and shortcomings; refer to the existing database maintained in cloud by AA Nepal.
