Job Description

  • Complete handling of Import
  • Vendor Management, generation of Purchase Order as per purchase indent
  • Ensure timely and accurate issuance of CUSTOMS documentation within the defined SLAs deliverable,
  • Well versed with Import documentation (Invoice, Packing List, etc.)
  • Assessment of In-transit damage, lodging claim to insurance provider and submission of document for claim settlement
  • Reviews paperwork and documents to ensure shipping, handling, storage charges, and customs fees are billed correctly
  • Coordinate with Banks and Freight Forwarder
  • Maintains a database that tracks merchandise
  • Processes claims on merchandise shortages and overages Performs other duties as assigned
