Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced IELTS and PTE Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a strong background in preparing students for English language proficiency tests. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, developing lesson plans, and helping students achieve their language goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver engaging and effective lessons for IELTS and PTE preparation.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support to help them improve.
• Create and implement lesson plans and teaching materials tailored to the needs of students.
• Conduct mock tests and practice sessions to familiarize students with exam formats and question types.
• Provide individual and group tutoring sessions as needed.
• Stay updated with the latest changes in IELTS and PTE exam formats and requirements.
• Assist with the development of new teaching materials and resources.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Relevant teaching certification (e.g., CELTA, TESOL, TEFL) or equivalent.
• Proven experience teaching IELTS and PTE preparation courses.
• In-depth knowledge of IELTS and PTE exam formats, criteria, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire students.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using educational technology and online teaching tools.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with diverse student populations and learning styles.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to different student needs.
• Familiarity with additional English proficiency tests is an advantage.
