  • A Qualified Chartered Accountants or MBA with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Hotel Industry
  • The candidate must be proactive and analytical, operating in the line with hotel and the corporate policies, guidelines and the hotel’ business plan and budget recommending alternative positive action in every aspect of financial matters


Job Description

  • Lead and manage the existing accounts and finance team
  • Monitoring and supervising of the entire accounting system and ensure the completeness of the accounts
  • Design and develop suitable financial control system for the organisation and ensure strict compliance
  • Maintain the cordial relationship with the team members and groom them to meet the desired level of performance
  • Formulating strategic and long-term business plans including budgeting
  • Effective planning of the available financial resources also in worst scenario
  • Co-ordination with the parties like creditors, customers, investors, bankers, etc.

The candidate should also have manage, administer and direct the sales & marketing effort to generate higher sales & revenue
