Qualification & Skills : 

  • Bachelor in Hotel Management (Minimum) with specialization in Human Resource Management. Must have a training skill and should be able to conduct departmental training time to time
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience is preferred. Candidate must have knowledge of hotel software system
  • Handling, leading and directing Human Resource functions including recruitment, retention, training & development, compensation, benefits, employee and labor relations
  • Candidates from star hotel working background are highly encouraged
