  • As an HR expert, you will need to be experienced across multiple HR disciplines
  • Intermediate experience in Microsoft Office and Google drive

Job Description

  • Manage/lead the HR team in Nepal
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for a positive outcome to the business needs
  • Coach leaders in effectively managing poor/underperformance
  • Train and support leaders to effectively support their employees with career development plans and training requirements
  • Ensure the company complies with employment legislation and regulations, including the HR policies
  • Grievance handling and management
  • Develop and adhere to Workplace Health and Safety rules/regulations
  • Ensure compliance with existing laws, market trends and analysis and key industry drivers
  • Manage remuneration and benefits including data analysis and research aligning with current trends in Nepal
