Job Description

  • Develop, amend and ensure strict implementation of the personnel policy and programs within the organization
  • Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants through coordinating with schools, institutions and other recruitment sources
  • Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits
  • Perform staffing duties such as dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes, firing employees, and administering disciplinary procedures
  • Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives
  • Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee relations
  • Analyze training needs to design employee development, language training and health and safety programs
  • Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates
  • Analyze statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems and develop recommendations for improvement of organization's personnel policies and practices
  • Contract with vendors to provide employee services, such as food service, transportation, or relocation service
  • Prepare service contracts, implement and monitor them periodically and manage the timely renewal and termination
  • Manage all the internal and external communication systems, thus providing accurate information
  • Plan, administer and implement all promotional, public relations and advertisements programs
  • Manage the procurement process by effectively analyzing the vendors, preparing purchase orders, quality check and maintaining vendor relations
  • Manage all assets/ facilities of the organization – database management, maintenance, insurance, purchase, etc.
  • Monitor and supervise all outsourced services and ensure that the facility remains safe, secure, and well-maintained
  • Ensure that an efficient inventory control is maintained in terms of storage, database and periodic check
  • Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (HR, IT and Finance), through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions
  • Manage procurement process by effectively analyzing the vendors,preparing purchase orders, quality check and maintaining vendor relations
