Job Description

Responsibilities : 

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures in accordance with the organisation's vision, mission, and strategies
  • Find and recruit suitable candidates for respective vacancy type
  • Executing effective on-boarding and off-boarding processes
  • Maintaining and updating the employee records regularly (personal file, personal database, etc.) 
  • Evaluate and monitor the performance of staffs
  • Manage performance appraisal system to drive high performance in the organisation
  • Keep yourself updated about the latest human resource policies, labour act, and HR-related rules and regulations
  • Conduct an ongoing HR research 
  • Undertake other duties or tasks assigned
